Drew McIntyre Plans to Defeat Roman Reigns
“I gotta beat Roman because I’ve never beat him.— Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre has expressed his intention to defeat Roman Reigns upon his return to WWE. McIntyre has been absent from WWE programming since WrestleMania 42 while focusing on his acting projects.
He has assured fans that he will return to the company, although he has not shared any specific timeline for his comeback.
During an appearance on Going Ringside, McIntyre addressed his desire to confront individuals he has had issues with in the past, including CM Punk and Roman Reigns.
McIntyre stated that he plans to surpass Reigns in external ventures, noting Reigns' current involvement with a Street Fighter project. He emphasized his goal of finally defeating Reigns, as he has never achieved a victory over him previously.
McIntyre referenced his swords from the Agent of Shadows project, indicating he may bring the sword back to WWE if needed, particularly in light of Reigns having a large number of family members.
