Drew McIntyre Details Triple H's Hollywood Shift
“These days, both the lads see it as, ‘Hey, if this is good for you and your brand, you want to do it, that’s awesome.’ And if it works for our brand, if it helps everybody, if it gets more eyes on the product, they’re all about it.— Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre compared the leadership styles of Vince McMahon and Triple H regarding WWE talent pursuing opportunities in Hollywood. McIntyre recently completed filming for multiple upcoming projects alongside major names in the industry.

During an interview, McIntyre explained that the current approach under Triple H and Nick Khan supports wrestlers taking on external projects. The mindset is that such opportunities benefit both the individual and the overall brand when they make sense.

McIntyre noted that Vince McMahon previously required wrestlers to remain available due to the demanding live event schedule. Under that leadership, McIntyre's career focused entirely on weekly wrestling commitments for years.

The former world champion stated that the shift allows for projects that help everyone involved. He emphasized his long-term commitment to WWE while pursuing these outside endeavors.

McIntyre, who is 41 years old, is involved in the films The Last Druid alongside Russell Crowe and The Highlander with Henry Cavill and Crowe.
