CMLL Title Change Ends 931-Day Reign

The Mexican National Women’s Tag Team Championship changed hands in CMLL. Olympia and Hera defeated Skadi and Kira to end their 931-day reign as champions.

The match featured several notable maneuvers. Kira performed a flying crossbody off the stage while the finish saw Olympia and Hera execute coordinated splashes after lifting one opponent onto the other.

Olympia applied a Samoan drop to Skadi during the bout. The new champions displayed strong teamwork throughout the contest.

Skadi earned a future title opportunity by winning one of the qualifier matches. She will challenge Olympia for the Universal Championship on October 16.

Olympia secured her spot in the Universal Championship match by winning an elimination bout. She pinned Zeuxis to claim the first qualifier victory.
