AJ Francis Praises Carlos Silva's TNA Leadership
“His leadership style is more so of real sports. He doesn’t ignore what’s right in front of his face.— AJ Francis
AJ Francis praised Carlos Silva's leadership in TNA. He highlighted that Silva recognizes his value and contributions to the promotion unlike previous leaders.
Francis discussed the shift in TNA's leadership approach under Silva. He described Silva's style as similar to real sports, focusing on what is directly in front of him rather than ignoring obvious situations.
He noted it has been nearly two years since he last held a championship in TNA. Francis said Silva acknowledges this reality while contrasting it with older wrestling management practices that might overlook established performers.
Francis explained the difference between former TNA management and the current leadership. He credited Silva with bringing a modern perspective to the wrestling business.
He specifically praised Silva for securing TNA's television deal with AMC. Francis called Silva his favorite boss and said having him in charge has led to significant improvements for the promotion.
Francis debuted in TNA in 2024 and quickly captured the Digital Media Championship. He has shown interest in competing for the TNA World Championship.
