Adam Copeland remembers teen Christian ambushing Demolition

Adam Copeland recalled an incident from 36 years ago when a 16-year-old Christian Cage climbed uninvited into a car belonging to Demolition member Crush.
Copeland and Cage would stage ambushes on wrestlers in the parking lot of the arena. On this occasion, Cage entered the front seat of Crush's car and began talking to him about his career.
Copeland positioned himself at the trunk of the car where he interacted with Ax and Smash. The event took place following a show featuring Demolition against the Legion of Doom and the Ultimate Warrior.
Years afterward, Cage encountered Brian Adams on a flight and recounted the story, and Adams remembered the incident. The location was the same street and entrance used by wrestlers entering the building.
Copeland defeated Steve Maclin in the main event at the former Maple Leaf Gardens. He stated that wrestling at the venue is likely a significant goal for Christian as well.
Copeland disclosed that Christian Cage suffered three broken ribs and a collapsed lung during a ladder match. Copeland is scheduled to team with Will Ospreay against Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight.
