Adam Copeland Credits AEW For Historic Venue Run
“Moving to AEW, then suddenly that became a possibility and now, within one calendar month, to be able to check off Arena Mexico, to be able to check off Wembley Stadium, and now to be able to do Maple Leaf Gardens? That, for me, is just amazing.— Adam Copeland
Adam Copeland shared that he had maintained a venue bucket list on social media for several years. Upon returning to WWE in 2020, he doubted he would ever perform in those locations, which included Arena Mexico, Wembley Stadium, and the Tokyo Dome.
After moving to AEW, those venues became attainable. Within one calendar month, he performed at Arena Mexico, Wembley Stadium, and Maple Leaf Gardens.
Copeland described the rapid completion of multiple bucket list items as amazing. He noted that these experiences have kept him energized during his current run.
The veteran wrestler continues to check off venues from his list. He finds the overall process still mind-blowing.
