TNA iMPACT! Opens With Slater vs Nemeth Chaos

TNA iMPACT opened with Leon Slater in the ring ahead of his Bound for Glory match. Slater called out Nic Nemeth following last week's post-match attack.

Nic Nemeth entered the ring and expressed confidence that his brother Ryan Nemeth would become the next TNA X-Division Champion. The segment quickly turned into absolute chaos between Nic Nemeth, Leon Slater, and others in the ring.

Later backstage, Matt Hardy discussed being attacked the previous week and noted there were two attackers. Jeff Hardy joined him and stated he would never forget the incident as they demanded the attackers reveal themselves in the ring later that night.

The System appeared on the ramp discussing their plans for Bound for Glory. Eddie Edwards voiced confidence ahead of his match against Elijah, while Cedric Alexander aimed to regain the TNA X-Division Championship and Bear Bronson prepared for the Call Your Shot Gauntlet.

Indi Hartwell interrupted Director of Operations Daria Rae, resulting in Daria Rae slapping Hartwell. Santino Marella recorded the incident and planned to present it to the board.

In a TNA X-Division Qualifier match, TNA World Tag Team Champion Ryan Nemeth faced KJ Orso. The match began with Ryan Nemeth shoving Orso into the corner and flipping him to the canvas.
